SHOP POLICIES FOR KUARTZ CRYSTALS
Please read these policies fully before placing an order so there is no confusion if something were to happen!
I do not allow returns or refunds! If a crystal gets to you broken, please email me and I will give you a store credit or refund half if I believe it was due to my packaging and not the post office. I must see the broken crystal in order to give you a store credit or refund half, so please attach a picture when you send the email.
Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of $85+!
Once I have taken your item to the post office, it is no longer my responsibility. I have no control over lost packages :( If your package is lost, please contact your local USPS to see if it can be located. If a package is sent back to me because of a wrong address and it was due to me, I will send the package back out free of charge!
Please allow between 5-10 days to receive your item once you have been notified that it was shipped. Current processing time is 3-7 days, but should hopefully be more around 3-4 days!
Pictured items
The item pictured in the listing is the exact item you will be receiving (except for intuitively chosen items, such as tumbles). Please make sure you want that crystal before deciding to purchase! I will always disclose any chips or dings on the crystal that make it imperfect so you are fully aware of what you are purchasing.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for orders over $100! If your purchase amount is larger and you need extra payments, please email me and we can work out a different payment plan that will work for you! Payment plans are currently available through Shop Pay, but I am hoping to also get Klarna on the website too! Your crystals will be shipped out as soon as the plan is complete!
